Application Instructions

AT-4020 is ideal for bonding composite and plastic materials commonly used in marine settings. To ensure a strong bond, follow these steps:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean all surfaces thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and moisture.
2. Mixing: Dispense the adhesive from the 50ml cartridge. Mix manually or use the AT-300 dispensing gun with appropriate mixing tips for a uniform consistency.
3. Application: Apply the adhesive evenly to the prepared surfaces, ensuring complete coverage.
4. Bonding: Press the parts together firmly, holding them in place until the adhesive begins to set.
5. Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure undisturbed for at least 40 minutes to achieve full working strength.

Packaging and Handling

Each AT-4020 cartridge contains 50ml of adhesive, making it easy to handle and store. For best results and longevity, store the cartridges in a cool, refrigerated environment whenever possible. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures to maintain the adhesive's efficacy.
