Comprehensive Power Management

The MultiPlus-II seamlessly integrates the features of both the MultiPlus and MultiGrid, offering an all-in-one solution for your marine power needs. It includes an external current transformer option, enabling PowerControl and PowerAssist functionalities to optimize self-consumption with external current sensing up to 32A. Additionally, it boasts built-in anti-islanding and a growing list of country approvals, making it a versatile choice for various marine environments.

PowerAssist: Enhanced Overload Protection

The PowerAssist feature of the MultiPlus-II ensures that your vessel's limited AC sources, such as generators or shore power connections, are protected from overloads. This is achieved through two levels of management:

1. Battery Charging Reduction: Automatically reduces battery charging when there is a risk of overloading the AC source.
2. Output Boost: Enhances the output of a generator or shore-side supply by drawing power from the battery when necessary.

Energy Storage Systems (ESS)

The MultiPlus-II serves as the cornerstone of a Victron ESS system, offering the flexibility to integrate with MPPT Solar Chargers or Grid-tie PV Inverters. This integration allows for efficient energy storage and management, ensuring that your vessel has a reliable power supply even in remote locations.

Uninterrupted AC Power (UPS Function)

In the event of a grid failure or disconnection from shore or generator power, the MultiPlus-II's built-in inverter activates automatically. It seamlessly takes over the power supply to your connected loads within less than 20 milliseconds, ensuring that sensitive electronics like computers and navigation systems continue to operate without interruption.

Remote Monitoring & Control

With the addition of a GX device, such as the Cerbo GX, you can effortlessly monitor and control your MultiPlus-II and entire power system both locally (via LAN) and remotely through the internet. Access the system from anywhere in the world using the free VRM app or the VRM portal website on your phone, tablet, laptop, or PC. This comprehensive control allows for adjustments to your MultiPlus-II settings, automatic backup generator start-ups, and more, providing unparalleled flexibility and peace of mind.
