The Express Mach3 OS is crafted from our proprietary TP17™ stainless steel, which boasts a 20% higher chromium content than standard stainless steels. This formulation not only provides a brilliant shine but also enhances corrosion resistance. With a strength nearly 250% higher and durability five times greater than typical stainless steel, our propellers are built to withstand the harsh marine environment and deliver long-lasting performance.

Optimized Blade Geometry

Our engineers have refined the cup design, leading and trailing edges, and implemented an aggressive progressive rake and blade geometry unique to Turning Point. These enhancements contribute to the propeller's outstanding hole shot, enabling faster acceleration, while the bow lift provides better boat control and handling. The class-leading cornering allows for sharp and responsive maneuvers, perfect for various boating scenarios.

Maximized Exhaust Flow

The Express Mach3 OS features large, free-flowing exhaust ports within its propeller housing. With 40% more exhaust flow area compared to competitive products, the design reduces backpressure, potentially generating additional horsepower. This concept is akin to utilizing headers in automotive applications, resulting in enhanced engine performance and increased fuel efficiency.

The Express Mach3 OS is compatible with all 90hp and larger 4.75" gearcase outboards from leading manufacturers, including Evinrude®, Force®, Honda®, Johnson®, Mariner®, Mercruiser®, Mercury®, Nissan®, OMC®, Parsun®, Suzuki®, Tohatsu®, Volvo® Penta®, and Yamaha®. Additionally, it fits Mercury® Alpha One™ and Bravo One™, and Volvo® Penta® SX sterndrives, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of marine engines.

Please note that a Hub Kit is required for installation of this propeller. Refer to the Turning Point Selection Chart or use the Prop Wizard™ to determine the appropriate hub kit for your setup.
