Installation Guide

Installing the ShadeFin Fixed Rod Holder Mount is straightforward:

1. Insert the Fixed Rod Holder Mount into a firmly welded rod holder.
2. Slide the gimbal-slot butt end over the rod holder’s gimbal pin, ensuring the open end is facing outward for a secure connection.
3. If the rod holder opening is oversized, utilize the included beveled nylon sleeve for additional stabilization.
4. Verify that the gimbal slot on the mount is properly mated with the pin in the rod holder or Telescopic Rod Holder Mount.
