2. Mark a 2-1/2″ diameter hole in the deck surface.
3. Using appropriate marine-grade tools, carefully drill the marked hole.
4. Align the stainless steel base with the hole and secure it firmly in place.
5. Attach the standard KingPin™ post to the base to complete the installation.
