Product Overview

How to Use

1. Prepare Your Wires: Cut and strip your wires to the appropriate length, ensuring clean and precise ends.
2. Insert Wires: Inside the butt splice, you'll find an indentation. Insert each wire into the splice, making sure the conductor butts up against the indentation and the insulation touches the splice to reduce the risk of a weaker connection.
3. Crimp the Connection: Use the proper crimping tool to secure the splice, applying the correct amount of pressure to guarantee a solid connection.
4. Repeat on the Other Side: Perform the same process for the second wire.
5. Perform a Tug Test: Gently tug on both wires two or three times to ensure the connection is secure and the wires do not pull out.
