How to Install Seamless Butt Splices

1. Prepare the Wires: Cut and strip your wires to the appropriate length for a secure connection.
2. Insert the Wires: Locate the indentation inside the butt splice and insert your wire, ensuring it flushes up to the indentation. The insulation should touch the splice to enhance the connection's integrity.
3. Crimp the Splice: Use the correct crimping tool to apply the necessary pressure, ensuring a solid and reliable connection.
4. Repeat the Process: Perform the same steps for the other side of the splice.
5. Perform the Tug Test: Gently tug on both wires a few times to confirm the connection is secure and won't pull apart.
