Installation Guide

1. Strip the insulation from the wires to be connected, ensuring the exposed length matches the connector specifications.
2. Insert the stripped ends of each wire into the butt connector, ensuring a snug fit.
3. Use a compatible crimping tool to securely crimp the connector onto the wires.
4. Apply a heat source (such as a heat gun) evenly around the heat shrink tubing until it fully contracts, creating a watertight seal.
5. Allow the connector to cool, ensuring the epoxy-lined interior has properly set for a robust connection.
