Equipped with molded nylon encoder strips, the PX-3 ensures effortless wire management by utilizing screw compression to secure wires without lugs. Specifically engineered for marine electronics, the brass barrels effectively capture wires, held firmly by a stainless steel “finger” mechanism. This design prevents screw contact with the wires, safeguarding copper strands from cuts and breakage, and complies with ABYC standards for marine safety.
