Replacing your impeller is a straightforward process with our Impeller Kit. Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free installation:

1. Remove the end cover screws from your pump.
2. Use a Jabsco Impeller Removal Tool or channel lock pliers to grip the hub of the impeller and remove it. Avoid using screwdrivers to prevent damaging the pump body.
3. Apply grease to the new impeller to facilitate installation and provide added protection during initial priming.
4. Insert the new impeller into the pump bore.
5. Replace the gasket and secure the end cover screws.

Maintenance Tips

• Replace all impellers at least once a year, or more frequently based on engine usage and duty cycle.
