How It Works

The fuel level gauge utilizes a low amperage current sent through the gauge's meter to ground via a sending unit with variable resistance. As the sender's resistance changes due to factors like pressure and temperature, the amount of current flowing to ground varies, causing the meter to deflect and accurately display the fuel level.

Installation Notes

• Requires a 2" hole size (2.0625" / 53mm) for installation.
• Can be installed on both 12 VDC and 24 VDC negative ground systems.
• Gauge cover is not included and must be purchased separately.
