Important Installation Note: Ensure the mounting platform is at least 3/8 in. thick. The hole size must not exceed 1/16 in. larger in diameter than the threaded shank to maintain secure installation.

Installation Guide

Installing your new trailer ball is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure a secure fit:

1. Verify that your trailer hitch matches the 1-7/8" coupler size.
2. Ensure the mounting platform meets the minimum thickness requirement of 3/8 in.
3. Align the trailer ball with the hitch and insert the 1" x 2-1/8" shank.
4. Use a torque wrench to tighten the trailer ball to 250 ft. lb. for optimal security.
5. Install the zinc-plated hex nut and helical lock washer to prevent loosening during transit.
