Wiring

Our leveling system comes with color-coded wiring available in lengths from 25' to 40', featuring quick-connect fittings for effortless installation. The wiring meets stringent federal standards for heat resistance, pull strength, and insulation durability, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh marine conditions.

Solenoids

Custom-designed for Insta-Trim Boat Levelers, our solenoids are epoxy-sealed and humidity-resistant to prevent electrical shorting. They securely lock the tabs in any position, eliminating drift back and maintaining precise leveling. Equipped with barb-type hose fittings, the solenoids provide tight and secure connections for optimal reliability.

Motor

The powerhouse of the leveling system, the motor features coated wiring and a thermal overload mechanism that resists temperature and amperage build-up. Its 1 3/4" stack windings and top mounting design prevent oil leakage, while stainless steel nuts and bolts ensure secure mounting and easy disassembly for maintenance.

Brackets

Swivel-type brackets allow for versatile mounting and angle adjustments of the cylinders. Knockout pins act as shear pins, providing a safety mechanism if the tab strikes an object, thereby protecting the system from potential damage.

Pump

Exclusively designed and engineered by Insta-Trim, the pump features a factory-set built-in bypass at 400 P.S.I. tolerance, maintained to .00025 precision. The pump operates efficiently by circulating oil rather than stalling or over-pressurizing, ensuring the amperage remains below 16A for consistent performance.

Motor Cover

Protecting the motor from the elements, the motor cover is crafted from high-impact ABS plastic and measures 4 1/2" D x 6" W x 11" H. It includes a built-in oil reservoir and mounts securely with two screws, featuring a conveniently located filler in the front for easy access during occasional washdowns.

Cylinders

Constructed from impact-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced nylon, the cylinders resist expansion and UV rays, ensuring longevity. They feature two expanding type seals and an O-ring to prevent high and low-pressure leaks. The barbed cylinder fittings and inserted tubular rods prevent hose blow-offs and breakage. Additionally, a stainless steel spring retracts the cylinder when the boat is not in motion, maintaining system readiness.

Trim Tabs

Our trim tabs are made from 12-gauge 304 stainless steel, available in both standard and custom lengths. They are guaranteed against electrolysis, ensuring they remain strong and secure over time. Insta-Trim's specially designed hinges minimize spray interference and are suitable for both transom and bottom mounting configurations.

Hose

Exclusive to Insta-Trim, the hoses are constructed with nylon-reinforced webbing and a protective PVC coating, rated for 2000 lb. burst pressure. Each system includes 15' of hose, entering the transom 6" above the waterline and secured with hose trim. Stainless steel clamps ensure the hoses remain firmly attached to the barb fittings at the solenoids.

Rocker Type Controls

Mounted conveniently on the dashboard, the rocker-type controls are intuitive and easy to operate, allowing for quick adjustments to your boat's leveling system with minimal effort.

Included with your purchase is one pint of Insta-Trim biodegradable transmission oil, a funnel, and all necessary mounting hardware, providing everything you need to install and maintain your leveling system.
