Compatibility

The MM-9N cable is specifically designed for Simrad XSONIC Non-CHIRP Transducers. It is compatible with Scanfish Electronic Systems (HDS Carbon, evo 3) and ensures a secure connection through its Airmar 5-pin connectors. Please note that this cable is not suitable for use with 1kW transducers or CHIRP transducers.

Installation

Installing the MM-9N Mix & Match Cable is straightforward:

1. Connect the short 2-meter cable to the base transducer.
2. Attach the appropriate 8-meter brand-specific adapter cable to the Airmar 5-pin female connector.
3. Ensure both connections are secure to guarantee optimal performance.

If you decide to switch your marine electronics brand in the future, simply replace the 8-meter adapter cable without needing to alter the transducer setup.

Important Information

Note: The 600W Mix & Match cables are not compatible with 1kW transducers or CHIRP transducers. Ensure your equipment specifications align with this product to avoid any installation issues.
